Marymae completed her Broker designation in 2004 and focused on property management. In 2012, Marymae took lead in the amalgamation of the KDI Group to jointly operate under the umbrella of KDI Commercial Inc. As President and Broker, she continues to lead the KDI Commercial property management and leasing team.​
